Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. CUSTOM orders may take longer.

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand: Standard delivery 2–5 business days (rural areas may take longer).

Australia: Standard delivery 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

NZ: Flat rate Standard $6NZD / Rural $9NZD

Free shipping on orders over $150NZD.

AU: Flat rate $25NZD

Free shipping on orders over $250NZD.

Parcel Tracking

Every order receives a unique tracking number.

You will receive this tracking number via email once your order is dispatched so you can track and trace your parcel.

Customs & Duties

Australian customers may be responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by the Australian government. These are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost Parcels

Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of the courier. We’ll assist with issues, but we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or delayed parcels.
