Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

New Zealand Orders

Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions: Sale items, custom orders, or gift cards are non-refundable.


Australian Orders

Faulty or Damaged Items Only: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for sending items back.


Return Process

1. Contact us at info@everlucent.co.nz with your order number and photos of the item.


2. We’ll confirm if the item is eligible for a return or replacement.


3. If approved, follow the instructions for returning your parcel.
